§ 181-104. Vehicle replacement.

Any city department or any county official may purchase or lease a new or used vehicle to replace a vehicle that is logged on the current inventory pursuant to section 181-103. Any other purchase of vehicles must have prior authorization from the city-county council. This section applies to any licensed, street-operated vehicle.
