§ 909-105. Review of statements and other documents.

The license administrator shall review the accuracy of registration statements and other documents filed under this chapter, and may require the lobbyist to submit verified statements and other supporting documentation. The license administrator shall notify a lobbyist of any materially incorrect information or other deficiencies in the registration statements or other documents, and within thirty (30) days from receipt of such a notice, the lobbyist shall file an amended statement or other document that satisfies all requirements set forth in this chapter.
