§ 691-169. Curbs and gutters.

(a)

A curb and gutter shall be required for all streets.

(b)

The curb and gutter shape shall be in accordance with Standard Plan 12-01.

(c)

Construction requirements shall comply with subsection 605.04 of the standard specifications.

(d)

Materials and conditioning of subgrade shall be in accordance with the provisions of subsection (c) of section 691-164.
