§ 691-153. Driveways.

(a)

When shown on construction plans, each driveway shall be designed to meet the following regulations:

(1)

The department of public works access control manual; and

(2)

The provisions of this article governing driveway construction.

(b)

If driveways are not to be installed as a part of the construction subject to this article, a note to that effect shall be placed on the plans.
