Chapter 621. PARKING, STANDING AND STOPPING RESTRICTED |
Article I. IN GENERAL |
§ 621-128. Parking in parks after closing.
It shall be unlawful for the owner or operator of any vehicle to park or permit a vehicle to be parked or to stand, on any public park property during the hours that such park is closed to the public. A person's first and second violations of this section in a twelve-month period shall be subject to admission of violation and payment of the designated civil penalty through the ordinance violations bureau in accordance with Chapter 103. A person's third and subsequent violations in a twelve-month period shall be subject to the enforcement procedures and penalties provided in section 103-3 of this Code. A vehicle parked in violation of this section shall be subject to removal pursuant to Article II of Chapter 611 of this Code.
