It shall be unlawful for the driver or operator of any vehicle to park such vehicle or to permit it to be parked or to stand during the hours designated in this section on the days and at the locations designated as follows:

SUNDAYS
From 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Parish Lane, on the east side, from Hill Valley Drive to Mellowood Drive.
