§ 621-113. Unauthorized use of bus stops and similar zones.

It shall be unlawful for the driver or operator of any vehicle, other than a bus or taxicab respectively, to park or stop any vehicle, or to permit the vehicle to stand in or otherwise obstruct an officially designated bus stop zone or taxicab stand; however, the operator of any vehicle may temporarily stop a vehicle in or adjacent to any bus stop zone or taxicab stand for the purpose of and while actually engaged in the loading or unloading of passengers when so compelled by the passage of emergency vehicles or to clear traffic lanes while in progress past such zones or stands.
