§ 182-6. Update of capital improvement program.

(a)

The director of the department of public works shall coordinate a quarterly update of the capital improvement program. The quarterly update shall include:

(1)

Revisions that have occurred to the existing plan;

(2)

Revised estimates for annual capital/construction expenditures;

(3)

Revised estimates for annual maintenance expenditures; and

(4)

Beginning on April 1, 2014, a detailed schedule of all public infrastructure projects that the department plans to perform in whole or in part during the remainder of the calendar year, which shall include the project type, project location (including the beginning and end points), township, project number, estimated project duration, and the specific month in which the department plans to begin performing each project. The schedule shall be made available to the public online and shall be updated quarterly.

(b)

The quarterly updates shall be submitted to the city-county council on or before the second Monday in January, April, July, and October of each year for its review.
