§ 102-9. Independent municipal corporation.

Independent municipal corporation means only those separate municipal corporations whose budgets are subject to review by the city-county council, specifically:
(1)

An airport authority operating under IC 8-22-3;

(2)

A health and hospital corporation operating under IC 16-22-8;

(3)

A public library operating under IC 20-14;

(4)

A capital improvements board of managers operating under IC 36-10; and

(5)

A public transportation corporation operating under IC 36-9-4.
