§ 102-7. Code.

Code, Revised Code or this Code means the Revised Code of the consolidated city and county; provided that, unless clearly indicated otherwise by the context, references to "Code" shall include those provisions of the "Code of Indianapolis and of Marion County" which have not been from time to time repealed or superseded by this Revised Code.
